actually, everything started many years ago... microsoft was a small self owned business, working from home, someone asked them for an os for their next computer, microsoft, having no clue how to make an os really, BOUGHT DOS from another company, they payed a meager amount of money for it, it was not finished and the company thaught hardware was the way to go. so bill and his groupies fixed dos up, sold it as 100% their own, but with one new thing, the license agreement... they were the first.

Sucks for Woz since alot of kids look up to either Jobs or Gates. Since Woz did build the first version of the small computer that was not as big as an apartment.

If everyone got Macs there was no more MS Office and Windows platform games, so there would be no point in making Macs able to run them. But, if everyone got Macs, then everybody would be unsatisfied, because Macs would be usual and all the tiny little mistakes MacOS has would turn out to be very important.
